These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vq999 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vq999 ("vq999", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all Players using the vq999 Platform from Bangladesh. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. vq999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on vq999 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations and automated systems may not hold Player accounts.
• You must not already hold an existing vq999 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player whose account has been previously suspended by vq999 for a terms violation.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process.

vq999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

All monetary transactions on the vq999 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vq999 does not impose currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladesh payment methods.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vq999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, minimum deposit conditions and expiry periods. These bonus-specific terms are communicated on the relevant promotion page before acceptance. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of the involved accounts.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for a bonus must be fully completed before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Partially completed wagering requirements lapse when a bonus expires.
• vq999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress by an eligible Player at the time of cancellation will be honoured to completion.
• vq999 reserves the right to disqualify any Player from a promotion where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of play pattern designed to circumvent the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to vq999 support immediately. vq999 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus funds regardless of whether they have been wagered or not.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vq999 Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. vq999 complies with anti-money-laundering best practices and will report suspicious transactions where required.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing account restrictions. All accounts held by the same person are treated as a single account for bonus entitlement purposes.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to obtain a financial benefit not available under normal operation.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification or during a dispute resolution process.

vq999 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibitions. Where a breach is confirmed, vq999 may in addition to account suspension seek recovery of any funds withdrawn by the Player as a result of the prohibited conduct.

8. Responsible Gaming

vq999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players manage their gambling activity. All gambling on the Platform is for entertainment purposes only and is not a source of income. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling is no longer enjoyable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vq999 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, designs, trade marks, service marks and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is owned by or licensed to vq999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, adapt or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of vq999. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of vq999's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vq999 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform caused by factors outside vq999's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider issues, DDoS attacks or regulatory actions.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subject to change, including but not limited to odds, game RTP figures and promotional terms.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials in accordance with these Terms.

11. Amendments to These Terms

vq999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual Players. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where an amendment materially affects Players' existing rights or obligations, vq999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or through a notice on the Platform at login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact vq999 support to discuss the closure of your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the vq999 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services operating for the benefit of Bangladesh-based players. In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact vq999 support to seek an informal resolution. vq999 will endeavour to resolve all Player disputes within 14 business days of a formal complaint being lodged. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits vq999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
