Responsible Gaming at vq999 — Your Safety Comes First

At vq999, we believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable, voluntary, and affordable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress, anxiety, or personal harm. For the vast majority of our Bangladesh players, online casino games, cricket betting, slots, and crash games are a fun way to spend time and add excitement to sport. We want to keep it that way.

Responsible gaming is a shared commitment between vq999 and its players. We provide a range of practical tools that allow you to set boundaries, take breaks, and access support at any stage of your play. These tools are built directly into the vq999 platform and are free to use at any time. This page explains every tool available and how to use them.

Responsible Gaming Tools at vq999

The following tools are available to all registered vq999 players in Bangladesh. Contact support at [email protected] to activate or adjust any of them.

Deposit Limits — How They Work

Setting a deposit limit is one of the most effective ways to keep your gambling within a budget you are comfortable with. vq999 allows you to set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount for your account. Once you reach that limit, no further deposits are accepted for the relevant period, regardless of your payment method — whether bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.

When you request a reduction to your deposit limit, the new lower limit takes effect immediately. If you request an increase, vq999 applies a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off delay before the higher limit becomes active. This delay is a deliberate safeguard: it gives you time to reconsider whether increasing your limit is genuinely right for you. During the 72-hour period, your existing lower limit continues to apply.

Time-Out and Self-Exclusion

Sometimes the right choice is to step away completely — whether for a short break or an extended period. vq999 offers both time-out (short-term account suspension) and self-exclusion (longer-term or permanent suspension) options for all Bangladesh players.

To request a time-out or self-exclusion, follow these steps:

1. Contact vq999 support by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address or mobile number.
2. State clearly whether you are requesting a time-out (24 hours / 7 days / 30 days) or a self-exclusion period (1 month / 3 months / 6 months / 1 year / permanent).
3. Our support team will confirm the suspension within 24 hours. Your account will be locked for the entire requested period — no bets, no deposits, no bonus claims.
4. After a time-out ends, your account is automatically reactivated. After a self-exclusion period ends, you must contact support to request reactivation — it does not happen automatically.

Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. Once activated, vq999 will not accept any request to reopen or reactivate the account under any circumstances. If you choose permanent exclusion, please ensure that is genuinely what you want before submitting your request.

Signs That Gambling May Be Becoming a Problem

Problem gambling can develop gradually. Being aware of the warning signs early makes it much easier to take action before gambling causes serious harm. Ask yourself honestly whether any of the following apply to you:

• You spend more money gambling than you originally intended to, and find it hard to stop once you start.
• You gamble to recover money you have already lost ("chasing losses"), leading to increasingly large bets.
• Gambling is affecting your sleep, relationships, work, or studies.
• You feel anxious, irritable, or restless when you are not gambling, or when you try to cut down.
• You hide your gambling activity from family, friends, or colleagues.
• You have borrowed money, taken out loans, or sold possessions to fund your gambling.
• You continue gambling even though it is causing clear financial, emotional, or personal problems.

Keeping Gambling Fun — Practical Tips

The players who enjoy vq999 the most share a common approach: they treat gambling as entertainment with a pre-set budget, not as a way to earn money. Before each session, decide how much you are comfortable spending — and treat that amount the same way you would a cinema ticket or a meal out. When the budget is spent, the session is over.

Never play when you are stressed, upset, tired, or under the influence of alcohol. Emotional states affect decision-making and can lead to impulsive bets that you would not make with a clear head. Take a break, come back when you feel calm, and always play for fun — not to escape a problem.

Balance your gambling with other activities. A healthy lifestyle with diverse hobbies, social connections, and physical activity is the most effective protection against problem gambling. If you notice that gambling is starting to crowd out other activities you used to enjoy, that is an early warning sign worth paying attention to.

Age Verification and Under-21 Protection

The vq999 platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or play. vq999 takes its age verification obligations seriously and conducts mandatory KYC checks before processing any withdrawal. Random age verification checks may be triggered at any time during a player's account lifetime.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are concerned that a person under 21 in your household may be accessing vq999, we recommend using device-level parental controls available on Android and iOS to restrict access to gambling applications. You may also contact vq999 support to report the situation, and we will investigate and take immediate action.
